I absolutely love this place. Jose is the owner and he knows everything there is to know about cars from the inside out. Fortunately, he has also passed on his mechanical prowess to his son and the rest of the mechanics are excellent too. Above all else, Jose is very honest and before he does any work on your car; he will answer all questions you have regarding any repairs that need to be done on your car before he does the repairs. He has gone as far as popping the hood of the car for me and showing me as well as explaining to me what needs to be done to fix my car. Honesty, Reasonable Pricing, and RESPECT for all client's at Jim's Auto Repair. It doesn't get any better than this!!

I've known the owner JOSE for over 20+ Years. That's how long my family vehicles have been taken to Jim's Automotive Repair. I just recently had my front suspension struts/shocks and all replaced total materials and labor $900. This would have cost me $2K total easily at the dealership. Jose is a man of Godly Character and he runs his business with the same standard customer to customer, no matter who you are. If you need car repair work, this hidden gem in the community is the go to place. God Bless you Jose!

I was having car trouble, so I googled a nearby shop and found this one. I was greeted by Jose, who was truly amazing. Although no work was performed on my car since he only works on Volkswagens, he went above and beyond to assist me. He listened to the issues I was experiencing, checked the codes for the check engine light, and even inspected the oil to ensure everything was in order. Jose seemed very knowledgeable and honest. If you have a Volkswagen, I highly recommend seeing Jose.

Jose was really great and helpful. I officially found my mechanic. Brakes 250 left my car at 4pm ready next day. We'll taken care of.

Jose and his team are awesome! Honest, friendly and fair prices! They will tell you if a fix can wait a bit or if it should have been done yesterday! I trust them to do things right and catch any issue with my old car, keeping it going!

I’ve been here twice, and the staff have been amazing. Jose is a very kind man and is straightforward about pricing and other options, and so are the other people that work here. They do great work and really do have your best interest at heart. If you’re looking for a trust worthy mechanic shop I highly recommend !

I called Jim's Auto and had the pleasure of speaking with Jose who listened to my prior dealings of another repair place who couldn't give me a definitive answer as to what the issue was with my vehicle. Jose actively listened, didn't rush the conversation and didn't talk down to me as a female! The prior place told me an exorbitant amount to fix my vehicle. I brought my vehicle in and I am so happy to say I have now found my forever place that I will take my car! Exceptional service. Exceptional people and I can't thank them enough for what they did!
